Message for customers March 19, 2020 By Rebecca Owen Dear customers, In common with other businesses, and in light of the latest Government advice about safeguarding health and containing the COVID19 outbreak, we have taken the decision to close our physical offices and move all our staff to remote working. We are well prepared for remote, flexible working and we are confident that we can run the business without any interruption to service levels. We provide a number of key digital services to our customers, including Check Permissions, Digital Content Store and the Education Platform. These services will continue to be available to support you, our customers, as normal. As entirely online services they can also make remote working an easier experience for you. We want to reassure you that despite these changes, we remain available to help you with any queries you may have by email or phone. You should continue to use the regular CLA email and phone numbers below. We will constantly assess the situation and change our policy if we believe it is necessary to do so and will, of course keep our customers updated, where relevant.
