Photocopying Scanning Digital Material Permission Your CLA Law Licence allows you to photocopy, and if opted in by the publisher, scan and copy from certain digital material published in the USA. Specific Inclusions/Exclusions Photocopying – photocopying from US material is limited to those works published by a Participating US Publisher. Click here to search the list. Please note the following terms apply for US repertoire: US repertoire included under your CLA licence for scanning from print is now limited to titles in the US CCC Electronic-Rights Works repertoire. Your CLA licence will now only allow you to scan a US printed work if an electronic copy is not readily available from the publisher. Copies of U.S. repertoire can no longer be sent to any existing or prospective clients, witnesses or advisers under the terms of the CLA licence. Copies of US repertoire can still be supplied outside the law firm to any regulatory authority in connection with the making or monitoring of an application for regulatory approval or as part of the filing or pursuit of a patent application for the licensee.
