Excluded Works - Business Licence

Some categories of published works are not covered by any of CLA's licences and these include:

• printed music (including the words)*
• maps and charts
• newspapers
• workbooks, workcards or assignment sheets 
• In addition to this there are works that are expressly excluded by the copyright owners

A list of those works excluded directly by the author or the visual artist can be seen here.

A list of those works excluded by the publisher for this particular licence is shown below.

Please note that if you wish to copy from any of the works listed as excluded, you should contact the copyright owners directly for permission prior to copying. In the first instance this would usually be the publisher.
